Do you come directly to where my car is parked?
Yes. Poplockin is a 100% mobile automotive locksmith service. We bring automated key cutting machines, transponder diagnostic programmers, and lock decoding tools directly to your vehicle anywhere in Metro Atlanta and Fairburn, GA.
What if I lost all keys to my car and have no spare?
This is our most common service. We decode your vehicle lock cylinder to determine factory cut heights, mill a new key on our computerized CNC cutter, and program the transponder chip or smart fob into your vehicle immobilizer on-site.
Will unlocking my vehicle scratch the paint or bend the door frame?
No. We use professional non-destructive lock decoders that pick and decode the lock cylinder through the keyway. We avoid crude wedge and bladder tools that stretch door frames, damage paint, or tear weatherstripping.

What documentation do I need before service can begin?
For the protection of vehicle owners and to prevent auto theft, we require a valid government photo ID along with proof of ownership (vehicle registration, title, or insurance card in your name).
Can you remove a broken key snapped off in my ignition?
Yes. Our technicians use micro-spiral extraction instruments to safely retrieve snapped key fragments without damaging internal wafers, then cut a fresh replacement key on the spot.
Can you program customer-supplied key fobs bought online?
Often yes, but many aftermarket fobs purchased online contain locked transponder chips or incorrect frequencies. We test your key on-site, and also carry pre-tested OEM-grade fobs in our mobile inventory.
